Haier Aircond Rent-to-Own Guide — Payments, Deposit and Terms
Everything you need to know about Haier aircond rent-to-own: monthly payments by horsepower, deposits, term length, what happens if a unit fails, and when it beats buying outright.

Air conditioners rarely fail at a convenient time. When an old unit dies in a month the budget is already tight, the choice is usually between living in the heat and draining your savings.
Rent-to-own solves that timing problem. You get a brand-new Haier unit installed today and pay monthly — and unlike ordinary rental, the unit becomes fully yours at the end of the term.
How Haier Aircond Rent-to-Own Works
You pick a model and horsepower, pay the deposit, and we install a brand-new unit — not a refurbished or ex-display one. Monthly payments start after installation is complete, not on the day you sign up.
After the final payment, ownership transfers to you in full, with no balloon payment at the end of the term and nothing to hand back.
- Choose the model and horsepower that suits your room
- Pay a deposit of RM200 to RM300 depending on horsepower
- We install the new unit within a few working days
- Pay monthly across a 24 or 36 month term
- The unit becomes yours after the final payment
Rent-to-Own Monthly Payments by Horsepower
Payments depend on unit size and the term you choose. A longer term lowers the monthly figure but raises the total paid.
For most homes the 24-month plan strikes the best balance between a comfortable monthly payment and a sensible total.
- 1.0HP — from RM79 a month, RM200 deposit
- 1.5HP — from RM99 a month, RM200 deposit
- 2.0HP — from RM139 a month, RM300 deposit
- 2.5HP — from RM169 a month, RM300 deposit
What Happens if the Unit Fails During the Term
Within the warranty period, manufacturing faults are repaired or the unit replaced at no extra cost to you. Monthly payments continue as normal and the term is not extended.
Once the warranty ends you can still WhatsApp us for servicing. Rent-to-own customers get scheduling priority and preferential service pricing for the life of the plan.
When Rent-to-Own Beats Buying Outright
Rent-to-own makes most sense in three situations: rental properties needing several units at once, young families who have just moved in with the furniture budget still stretched, or an emergency replacement when an old unit dies unexpectedly.
If you have the cash and plan to stay put, buying outright is still cheaper in total. We will tell you plainly which suits your situation when we quote.
